Account Deletion

Delete your account and associated data

Signed-in Sadhana Silksmobile app users can delete their account directly from Account > Request account deletion. This removes profile data, saved addresses, cart contents, reviews, newsletter subscriptions, and active sessions.

If you no longer have the app, submit an account deletion request through this deletion request channel. Include the email address or mobile number associated with your account so support can verify your identity.

Order records may be retained where required for fulfillment, fraud prevention, taxation, accounting, or other legal obligations. Any retained records are handled according to our privacy policy.
